Children’s Play Village – Role Playing Fun – Warwickshire

Tip 1# The first sign you come to is the entrance, the exit is on the other side of the car park further along.

When you first enter the Children’s Play Village, you are invited in and get to sit at a table and take off your shoes. Then the Children are introduced to the Play Makers and encouraged to warm up and then to grab imagination from thin air (adults can do this to).

Then a nice sing a long is followed by a story (won’t spoil your visit by telling you) then its off into play mode you go.

Fun games run throughout the sessions such as planes and find the penguin.

Tip 2# I mentioned taking off your shoes earlier. I recommend wearing socks as it’s more hygienic.

Food & Drink

HOORAY!! Finally we have found a venue that promotes healthy food and at great prices. If you run a children’s attraction you really need to take a leaf out of this book. Most meals come with veg sticks. The meals are mostly healthy with local, delicious ingredients.

So starve yourself before visiting and sample the fine, reasonably priced grub.

Also it’s nice to see a place using cardboard straws which is so much better for the environment. Again, I hope more places take a leaf out of these guy’s book.

Bravo to the owners!

Getting there

Tip 3# We found getting there easy however don’t use their postcode on your satnav as it may try and take you onto the A46. Phones should be fine, mine worked.

I’ve seen loads of pictures for this online and I think it looks great! I work with children and I know they’d definitely love visiting somewhere like this, it’s such an amazing idea and much better than a soft play centre in my opinion! It’s great that they’re trying to promote healthy eating too instead of shoving chicken nuggets and chips at every child who walks through the door! I hope there are things like this when I have children so I can take them!

It’s becoming bigger and bigger, this place are looking to branch out very soon and improve what they already have and add an outside playground. It really is great fun!

This little activity centre looks amazing for kids, sadly I think mine are a little old for the activities but it definitely would have been a great find! I love that they do cardboard straws as well, that’s great 😁 Thanks for sharing your day out and the pics look like such fun as well.
