Tips
Take buckets and spades, wellies, change of clothes, picnics and fold out chairs. There is a water play area with a stream, huge sand pits and not very many seats as it gets busy.

Value for money
100% feels like your getting away with a bank robbery. You’ll come away having spent up to £5.80 on parking and have a great big smile on your face!

Amenities
Plenty of toilets, places to grab a drink, some food, buckets and spades if you forgot yours, small huts serving ice creams and hire stations for bikes and boats.

Staff
Not many of them but the few we saw were great.

Food
Take a picnic or BBQ. Eat hot food in the cafe or just grab a piece of cake and a hot chocolate. Food is kind of limited to sausage rolls, sandwiches and lunch type foods.

All weather?
No. This is an outdoor only attraction apart from the visitor centre and the hideaway (small indoor play)

Dogs allowed?
Oh yes! Big & small dogs are very welcome

Disability access
Can’t think of any issues. Gravel paths are quite firm, ramps into the visitor centre and a lift to take visitors up to the mezzanine floor.

Age groups
Caters for all. I’d say 0 – 99
