Une histoire qui dure depuis plus de 50 ans ! Véritable institution sur le Quai du Pouliguen, la crêperie Les Korrigans a vu défiler plusieurs générations de familles pour ses galettes au blé bio et ses moules aux nombreuses sauces. Résidents de la presqu’île et vacanciers habitués du Pouliguen aiment à se retrouver régulièrement dans ce lieu authentique et convivial où Brune, qui a repris le flambeau en 2015, vous y accueille avec simplicité. L’ensemble des crêpes et galettes de blé noir BIO sont depuis toujours fabriquées en salle devant vous pour le plus grand plaisir des petits et des grands. Les spécialités font la part belle aux Saint Jacques et à l’andouille de Guéméné, selon les saisons. Les moules, de Bouchot en saison, accompagnées de 8 sauces élaborées au fil des années viennent parfaire la carte et font de l’établissement une véritable CREPERIE TRADITIONNELLE, unique sur le quai. Pour les amateurs, la soupe de poisson et les huîtres des parcs de l’ile aux Moines agrémentent la carte au gré des saisons. Située au centre du quai, la crêperie Les Korrigans possède 2 salles et une grande terrasse ensoleillée, à la vue imprenable sur le port du Pouliguen avec une belle perspective sur le petit bassin et son carrousel, véritable remède pour s’évader du quotidien en un temps record !
