Ask Winkworth’s welcome desk for the password and play a folklore game aimed at children aged seven to twelve. Download Stranger Folk beforehand or use the welcome centre Wi-Fi; the game then works offline. The upper arboretum is accessible, but routes towards the lake involve steep slopes and steps. Normal admission applies.
