This circular walk starts at the Gower Inn in Parkmill and heads towards the coast, taking in the ruins of Pennard Castle, the sweep of Three Cliffs Bay and the quieter sands of Pobbles Bay before looping back to Parkmill.

Check the tide and path before you go: the stepping stones across Pennard Pill can be covered at high tide or after heavy rain, and there are strong rip currents at Three Cliffs Bay, so do not swim near the bay at high tide. Plan your crossing so you can get back safely.
