Ses collections présentent sur trois niveaux le patrimoine historique, artistique, philatélique et scientifique de La Poste, de ses origines à nos jours. Collectionneurs et simples curieux découvrent notamment les premières cartes des routes de poste, les premiers uniformes de facteurs, les premiers timbres-poste… Autant de pièces d'exception qui racontent la grande aventure de l’histoire postale.
